Education / Qualification: Applicants applying for the post of Commando / Constable must possess at least 10^th class pass from government recognised board, for the post of Driver / Armour / Budget must possess 9th class pass along with heavy motor vehicle / light motor vehicles driving licence personal, for the post of mechanics applicant must possess 10^th class pass along with experience in mechanic in automobile, candidate must have education from government recognised board. For the post of Signal / Communication Operator applicants must have possess 12^th class qualification from government recognised board.

Age: Minimum age limit to apply for this post is 18 years and maximum age limit is 21 years, there is age relaxation for SC / ST caste of 5 years.
