New Delhi November 25 (ENA) The QS Employability Ranking has once again ranked Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur as the top institute in the country. In its list of Top 100 Universities in the world QS Employability Ranking has ranked IIT Kharagpur in the range of 71-80 which is the highest position that any Indian institute has achieved.
The other Indian institute of higher education that has made to the list of Top 100 is IIT Bombay that has been ranked below IIT Kharagpur.
IIT Kharagpur awards higher educational degrees to about 2500 annually has been able to maintain a successful record with regard to placement of the graduating students from the institute because of which it has been placed at the top among other institutes in the country by QS Employability Ranking.
QS Employability Ranking has placed IIT Kharagpur at a very high level with regard to not only graduate employability rate but also with regard to presence of employers at the campus of the institute for placement and recruitment purposes.
While only two Indian institutes of higher education have been able to reach among the Top 100 institutes in the world, several Indian institutes have made it to the Top 200 list including, IIT Madras, IIT Delhi and University of Delhi. (ENA Bureau)
