TNPSC Recruitment Opens For Assistant Professor (Radiology Physics) Post

TNPSC Recruitment 2017: Apply For Assistant Professor Post

NEW DELHI:  Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) has released job notification for recruitment to the post of Assistant Professor of Radiology Physics. The job is open under Tamil Nadu Medical Service and a total of 13 vacancies have been announced by the Commission. Interested candidates, only after confirming their eligibility, can submit their application on or before 14 June 2017. Out of the total number of vacancies, 5 posts are reserved for women under different categories. Other job details can be found below.

Applicants must carefully go through the registration procedure properly; the Commission had recently made certain changes to the process.

The last date for payment of Examination Fee through Bank (State Bank of India / Indian Bank) is 16 June 2017.

There is no age limit for candidates belonging to SC, SC(A), ST, MBC/DC, BC (OBCM), BCM and DW of all Castes. The examination, as a part of the selection process, will be held on 3 September 2017.

In order to be eligible for the recruitment, candidates must have minimum educational qualification of M.Sc., (Medical Physics) conducted by the College of Engineering in the Anna University, Chennai and duly declared eligible for appointment as Radiological Safety Officers in the Medical Institutions by the Division of Radiological Protection of the Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, Bombay.

Those with M.Sc. (Physics); and Diploma in Radiology Physics awarded by the Bombay University after undergoing one year Post-Graduate course in Hospital Physics and Radiology Physics conducted by the Division of Radiological Protection of the Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, can also apply.
