Rowan College at Burlington County is offering a scholarship to its award-winning distance education program in honor of National Distance Learning Week, which is Nov. 7-11. New or current students can use the scholarship to take a free online course during the spring 2017 semester. The scholarship is provided by the Rowan College at Burlington County Foundation.
