AMU shuts down 29 distance learning centres across nation

These centres are located at Moradabad, Tamil Nadu, Badayun and two in Bihar. He told TOI that these are the main centres and cater to around 2000 students every year. DU to recruit 378 permanent teachers across departments, first major recruitment drive after 7 years

Delhi University has finally started recruiting permanent teachers as vacancies mount up to around 4,500. For the first time in more than seven years, the university has announced it would be hiring 378 posts of permanent teachers across departments.
